Meet Principal Dent

Rodney Dent is an educator serving in his 21st year.  Mr. Dent presently holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Mississippi Valley State University (2000) and an M.S. in Educational Leadership from the University of Mississippi (2016).  He has served as a Mathematics Teacher, Assistant Football Coach, Head Football Coach, and Assistant Principal.  Presently, Mr. Dent serves as the Principal of Yazoo City High School.  Mr. Dent strongly believes all students have the ability to learn.   His motto is, “Knowledge applied properly, is power.”
